TailRings is back! And we've brought 1,600 friends!

Welcome to TailRings.com (again)! We've listened to all the barks, chirps, meows, hisses, and all the fish glubs. After an exhausting trip through code, product planning, layout meetings, late nights, and a heated discussion with the lizard community we finally have TailRings - The Pet Store!

This is what we built TailRings for in the first place. In the past we were trying to keep both humans and pets happy. It turns out that the really cool teapot we thought was going to go fast, didn't go anywhere. But the double dog leashes and cat towers were flying out the door. So, we made that pivot to all pets. That's what you were telling us was important, and we are here to help you out.

I grew up on a ranch surrounded by horses, dogs, cats, birds, fish, chickens and the occasional cows and pigs. I have lived experience in what pets need to stay healthy, and happy. So, TailRings is a continuation of that life, only now I get to share it with you.

We've looked at what it is that people call "pets" and have included everything we could think of to help you entertain, prepare food, water, protect, and teach everything from dogs to turtles. Even fish! We have tanks, tank stands, water conditioners, and clarifiers. We have things to keep your water-dwellers healthy and covers to keep your cats out. We've added over 1600 new products for you to look through. 1600! Really, we've expanded into pets so much, we've run out of space to store it all! 

We've made some impressive leaps forward in many areas. One of the biggest jumps is when you order from TailRings, you'll now get your product in about 2 days! We have a secure checkout and PayPal to get you through the ordering process as quickly as possible.  

TailRings is also building a community. We will be featuring dogs, cats, lizards, and all other manner of pets throughout our site. These aren't just any pictures we find on the Internet. These are the pets of our extended TailRings family. Those will be added as we go through the days, weeks, and months ahead and I hope you'll consider sending us photos of your pets to include as well. More information will be coming regarding this soon, so stay tuned. 

There are a few others I need to thank for helping out in this process. Lindsay H, Sara B, Sheila H, Perry P, Chad and Mandy C, Lisa B, Claude A, and Barb C. Without these people it would have taken a whole lot longer to pivot from a general store with products from all over the spectrum, to a fully cohesive store devoted to our pets. And, speaking of our pets, we owe a great deal of gratitude to those fuzzy, or scaly, friends that bring us so much needed joy after a long day at work. Give them a scratch from me.
