A non-slip bottom keeps the whole thing from sliding around, and there's a Velcro opening so your dog's seatbelt can pass right through. No fussing, no re-adjusting every five minutes.

The top layer is premium 600D Oxford waterproof fabric with a 210D Oxford waterproof middle layer — meaning liquid and mud stay on top instead of soaking through.
